The buffet is truly a journey through Greenland. Experience South Greenland's fantastic lamb, musk ox, and reindeer from the backcountry between Kangerlussuaq and Sisimiut, salmon from the area around Nuuk, halibut, and shrimp right here from Disko Bay and the Ice Fjord!
The ingredients are presented in various preparation styles. For example, dried halibut, steamed catfish, smoked salmon, and breaded cod. Beautiful roasts of reindeer or lamb, smoked musk ox, stews, and more!
Finish your meal with something sweet from the dessert buffet. In Greenland, there is a strong tradition for cakes and desserts, especially at traditional kaffemik gatherings during major events like birthdays, weddings, and christenings, where lavish cakes are served.
